Eaton, Clinton, Jackson, Hillsdale, Lenawee and Livingston counties
designed to give anyone who calls it the information they need at no
cost. Just dial 211. Cell phone and pay phone users can dial
866-561-2500 to access the service. Hearing impaired users can dial 711
for Michigan Relay or go to the 211
