CADL strives to buy the titles that you want to read. That is not always possible due to the publisher restrictions. If we do not have a title that you are looking for, you can always suggest a purchase. We will be happy to consider purchasing a title for you if it is available.
When you first choose a magazine to download from www.rbdigital.com/capitalareadistrict/ you are checking out the magazine not downloading the title. The magazine does not download until you open the Zinio for Libraries app and select the cloud icon below magazine that you have just checked out. If the magazine is not showing when you open the app, there should be a filter on either the top or the bottom of the page that says "Downloads". Select "Downloads" and choose either the "Date" or "Title" filters. The magazine should now appear with a cloud icon below it in order to download and read it.
