The graphic design of this book makes it totally addictive. Photographs of similar foods like different brands of wheat crackers are displayed and ranked. Even if the authors obviously think none of the foods in that category have redeeming nutritional value, the descriptions explain the rankings. For example, Low-Fat Wheat Thins, which I assumed were healthier than the originals, are in fact less nutritional because the percentage of whole grain has been lowered to change the fat level and replaced with sugars and refined flours.
