KDL's What's Next-- a database from the Kent District Library that allows you to search for series in adult fiction.

Overbooked: A Resource for Readers -- Annotated author and title lists of fiction and readable nonfiction including new titles, hot lists of major titles for each year, and lists arrranged by topic and genre.

Readers Advice -- fantastic range of genre lists, plus databases arranged by author and series. 

Genrefluent.com -- Short genre reviews and extensive archives from Diana Tixier Herald, author of the classic reader's advisory resource Genreflecting.

indiebound.org-- list of picks by independent booksellers around the country.  Also provides an independent bookstore location search.

Webrary Reader's Corner -- Extensive booklists and links to RA sites from the Morton Grove Public Library.

BookPage -- online version of popular review magazine.  Includes author interviews and reviews of new releases.

The Reader's Advisor -- this site created by the Sachem Public Library has wonderful extensive lists for current and past fiction and nonfiction.  Check out Past the Bestsellers for interesting reading ideas.

Whichbook.net -- Very fun site where you can pick books based on multiple characteristics, such as mood, character, setting, pacing etc.

Stop You're Killing Me -- Extensive lists of mystery authors and series, including readalike lists and award-winners.
