Revolutionize the way you read by downloading your favorite books, feature films, IMAX movies and TV shows to your PC or compatible WMA/MP3 or WMV player (iPods not compatible; see Help & FAQ's section for a list of recommended players).
What's Available?
The term eMedia refers to books and/or movies that can be downloaded directly to your PC. Some can be transferred to an MP3 player (not all players are compatible).
- eAudiobook: A spoken-word book traditionally found on tape or CD
- eBook: An electronic book you read on your PC or laptop screen
- eVideo: A video you view on your PC or laptop screen

Get Started
Select the service option that best fits your interests. A CADL library card is required.
- NetLibrary – Featuring best-selling eAudiobook titles and nonfiction eBook titles. Titles are checked out for 21 days, and then automatically returned to NetLibrary.
- Michigan Library Consortium OverDrive – Featuring eBook titles in mystery, romance, and children's fiction and eAudiobook titles from current best-sellers to classics. Also featuring a wide variety of eVideo titles in Action & Adventure, documentaries, and foreign films. Titles are checked out for 14 days, and then automatically returned to MLC Overdrive.
Please be advised that downloads are not recommended on library computers. While you may browse this collection and checkout eMedia titles, we ask that you not download files to a library PC. Please note that OverDrive Video is a high speed Internet-only product
